Our organic pork bacon is an irresistible and tasty breakfast staple that is a welcomed addition to almost any meal. Simple, delicious, and extremely versatile. Our bacon is smoked utilizing imported European wood chips. Pan-fry over medium heat, using your preferred cooking oil or butter, for 2-4 minutes per side or until desired.
Our pork is sourced from 3Gen Organics. Their Certified Organic pigs receive the highest level of animal welfare and chemical/GMO free diet in the industry. In addition, their pigs are raised without the use of antibiotics, given outdoor access, provided daily fresh straw bedding, a well-ventilated barn dwelling, and 2x more living space than normal.
Sold and shipped frozen. Store in freezer and thaw slowly in fridge.
