Our cream of mushroom soup focuses on what matters most; mushrooms. It’s thick, smooth texture marries perfectly with distinct mushroom flavour, organic herbs, spices, and organic chicken stock. Perfectly salted and suitably served as a starter, lunch with sourdough bread, or can be simply enjoyed on its own. Frank’s Vegan Mushroom Bisque is also available without animal ingredients.
Add some of our bone broth, chicken stock, or vegetable stock to customize the flavour and texture. Pour into a saucepan or another vessel and gradually reheat on medium setting. Add a drizzle of our Adena Vita Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a dusting of parsley on top. Store refrigerated.
