These bison are grass-fed, so you can expect a similar experience to beef and a lot of protein. We’re pleased to be partnered with Thunder Ridge Bison Company, located in the Oak Ridges Moraine, where bison graze and breed naturally and sustainably.
Sold and shipped frozen. Store in freezer and thaw slowly in fridge.
